For us the best solution for small and medium projects is our own Starterkit theme.
It is certainly not perfect but is under continuous development.
We are familiar with the popular frameworks, and we do use them for larger and more complex projects, connected to the BEM structure.
But in many cases when the customer does not ask for anything unique, their use is burdensome and unnecessary.
In the theme upon installing we already have styling for basic elements, and the rest can be added on, or developed in a unique way.
We will present the Small Business Distribution, which is based on the Starterkit from a front-end side.
